- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- In another bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until well coated.
- Sprinkle the buttery cracker mixture over the chicken casserole.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dish is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
