Description

Taco Cups are bite-sized treats filled with seasoned beef and melted cheddar, perfect for parties or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, draining any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and follow the package instructions for mixing.
  4. Lightly coat a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  5. Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup to form a little cup.
  6. Spoon the seasoned beef into each cup and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the wonton wrappers are crispy and the cheese is melty.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. They can be frozen and reheated in the oven.
