Taco Cups are bite-sized treats filled with seasoned beef and melted cheddar, perfect for parties or family dinners.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Cooking spray
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, draining any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and follow the package instructions for mixing.
- Lightly coat a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup to form a little cup.
- Spoon the seasoned beef into each cup and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the wonton wrappers are crispy and the cheese is melty.
- Serve warm, garnished with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. They can be frozen and reheated in the oven.
