Ingredients

  • 2 chai tea bags
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (plus extra for garnish)
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup milk (whole or 2% recommended)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Once boiling, introduce the chai tea bags and let them steep for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Add in the spices and sweetener, stirring well.
