- 4 tsp Banana Cream Flavor Instant Pudding Mix (11g, Sugar-free)
- 2 tsp Unsweetened Almond Milk (10ml)
- 3–4 crushed Vanilla Wafers (14g, Sugar Free recommended)
- ½ medium Banana (sliced, 60g)
Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, banana cream pudding mix, and almond milk in a mixing bowl.
- Blend everything until it reaches a smooth consistency, adjusting almond milk as needed.
- Layer the pudding mixture in a jar, starting with a spoonful of pudding, then a sprinkle of crushed vanilla wafers and sliced banana.
- Repeat the layering process until the jar is full.
- Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a thicker pudding, reduce the almond milk further. Consider adding a pinch of cinnamon or a teaspoon of honey for added flavor.
