- 1 cup protein powder (your choice of flavor)
- 1 cup oats (quick oats work best)
- 1/4 cup almond butter (or your favorite nut butter)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles
Instructions
- Grab a large mixing bowl. Combine the protein powder, oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
- Mix everything together until it’s well combined using a sturdy spoon or your hands.
- Fold in the colorful sprinkles until they’re evenly distributed.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place your protein balls on it, spacing them apart.
- Chill them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up before enjoying!

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week, or freeze for up to three months. Use pre-packaged protein powders for convenience.
