Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, ensuring to drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and cooked rice to the beef. Stir well until heated through.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas and scoop a portion of the beef and rice mixture onto each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle on shredded cheddar cheese, add sour cream, diced tomatoes, green onions, and jalapeños if desired.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it tightly to secure the filling.
  6. Grill the burritos on a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until toasted (optional).
