- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup jalapeños (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, ensuring to drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and cooked rice to the beef. Stir well until heated through.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and scoop a portion of the beef and rice mixture onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle on shredded cheddar cheese, add sour cream, diced tomatoes, green onions, and jalapeños if desired.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it tightly to secure the filling.
- Grill the burritos on a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until toasted (optional).

Notes
