  • 4 ounces cured meats (salami or pepperoni, chopped)
  • 4 ounces cheese (mozzarella or provolone, cubed)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup bell peppers (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup black olives (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Italian vinaigrette dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain it, rinse under cold water, and let it cool completely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped cured meats, cubed cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped bell peppers, sliced olives, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped basil.
  3. Drizzle with Italian vinaigrette dressing. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
