Make creamy and tangy yogurt easily at home with your Instant Pot using just two main ingredients.
Ingredients

- 4 cups of milk (whole, 2%, or skim)
- 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt with live cultures
- Optional toppings: Fresh blueberries, Granola, Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)
Instructions
- Pour the milk into the Instant Pot.
- Select the ‘Yogurt’ setting and set for 8 hours.
- Once done, carefully remove the inner pot and allow it to cool.
- In a separate bowl, mix a small amount of lukewarm milk with the plain yogurt until smooth, then stir this mixture back into the main pot.
- Return the pot to the Instant Pot and select ‘Yogurt’ mode again for another 8 hours.
- After the second cycle, refrigerate the yogurt for a few hours before serving.
- Serve with your choice of fruits, granola, or sweeteners.
Notes
Best consumed within two weeks, but can last up to three weeks if stored properly.
