- 2 tablespoons of cloves
- 1 tablespoon of black peppercorns
- Sweetener of choice (sugar, honey, or a sugar substitute)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the black tea, cinnamon, ginger, crushed cardamom, cloves, and black pepper.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly until everything is well blended.
- Pour the chai mix into an airtight container for storage.
- When ready to enjoy, use approximately 2 tablespoons of the chai mix per cup of hot milk or water.
