Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (erythritol or coconut sugar)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon-sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients: Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  2. Add wet ingredients: Pour in the melted coconut oil, the egg, and the water. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Shape the dough into small, bite-sized balls and arrange them in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Prepare cinnamon sugar: Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl while the churro bites are air frying.
  7. Coat the bites in the cinnamon-sugar mixture once they are warm.
  8. Serve and enjoy while warm!
