Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup sweetener (erythritol or coconut sugar)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup cinnamon-sugar for coating
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients: Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl until well blended.
- Add wet ingredients: Pour in the melted coconut oil, the egg, and the water. Stir until a dough forms.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Shape the dough into small, bite-sized balls and arrange them in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Prepare cinnamon sugar: Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl while the churro bites are air frying.
- Coat the bites in the cinnamon-sugar mixture once they are warm.
- Serve and enjoy while warm!
