- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (for greasing the pan)
- 4 cups juice (any flavor except pineapple)
- 8 tablespoons gelatin (Vital Proteins)
Instructions
- Lightly grease an 8”x8” pan with coconut oil.
- Sprinkle 8 tablespoons of gelatin over 3 cups of juice in a wide, shallow bowl. Let it stand for 3-5 minutes.
- Heat 1 cup of juice in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat until warm but not boiling.
- Combine the bloomed gelatin/juice mixture with the heated juice, stirring well until dissolved.
- Pour the warm mixture into the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares or desired shapes and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Can be frozen with parchment paper between pieces to prevent sticking.
