Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fill each mini muffin cup about two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before transferring to a serving plate.
- Serve warm with syrup or fresh fruits.
