Instructions

  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 12-18 hours at room temperature.
  4. Once risen with bubbles on the surface, turn the dough out onto a floured work surface.
  5. Gently shape the dough into a ball and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the crockpot, line it with parchment paper, and place your dough inside.
  7. Cook on high for 2-3 hours until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove and cool before slicing, then enjoy!
