Description
A comforting and satisfying layered dish of rich pasta sauce, hearty beef, and cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce (your choice of flavor)
- 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain off any excess fat.
- Stir in the pasta sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes to blend the flavors.
- Lightly grease your slow cooker and spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom.
- Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
- Add half of the remaining meat sauce on top, followed by half of the shredded mozzarella and cheddar.
- Repeat the layers: ravioli, meat sauce, and then finish with the remaining cheeses.
- Cover and cook on low for 240-300 minutes, or until everything is heated through and the cheese is beautifully melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute ground beef with turkey or plant-based alternatives. Let layers sit for a few minutes after cooking for easier serving.
