Description

Quick and delicious air fryer wraps filled with juicy chicken and melted mozzarella, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray
  • Optional: lettuce, tomatoes, or other toppings

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the chicken mixture along with some mozzarella cheese.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly, ensuring the filling is enclosed.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil, then place the wraps inside, seam side down.
  5. Give the tops of the wraps a light spray of olive oil to promote browning.
  6. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 8-10 minutes, or until the wraps turn golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm, optionally garnished with lettuce and tomatoes for a refreshing crunch.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation. Don’t overfill the tortillas to ensure even cooking.
