- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray
- Optional: lettuce, tomatoes, or other toppings
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the chicken mixture along with some mozzarella cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, ensuring the filling is enclosed.
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil, then place the wraps inside, seam side down.
- Give the tops of the wraps a light spray of olive oil to promote browning.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 8-10 minutes, or until the wraps turn golden and crispy.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with lettuce and tomatoes for a refreshing crunch.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation. Don’t overfill the tortillas to ensure even cooking.
