Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or Parmesan)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once the chicken is fully cooked, shred it in the crockpot using two forks.
  5. Stir in the pasta and heavy cream, then cover and cook on high for an additional 20-30 minutes until the pasta is tender.
  6. Add the shredded cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes
