- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup milk or your favorite milk alternative (almond or oat milk)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Whisk together the cocoa powder and chocolate protein powder in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Gradually add the milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
- Pour the pudding into serving cups.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow it to set.
- Serve chilled, topped with fresh fruit or nuts if desired.
Notes
For a thicker pudding, reduce the milk slightly. Try adding a teaspoon of espresso powder for a mocha flavor.
