  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the cocoa powder and chocolate protein powder in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Gradually add the milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract, stirring continuously until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
  4. Pour the pudding into serving cups.
  5. Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow it to set.
  6. Serve chilled, topped with fresh fruit or nuts if desired.

Notes

For a thicker pudding, reduce the milk slightly. Try adding a teaspoon of espresso powder for a mocha flavor.
