Description
Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs are gooey, flavorful morsels filled with seasoned ground beef and a blend of cheeses, wrapped in buttery biscuit dough.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drain excess grease and return the beef to heat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper; cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the beef mixture cool slightly.
- Combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and grated Parmesan in a mixing bowl.
- Fold in the cooled beef mixture until well combined.
- Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small disc.
- Spoon some of the beef and cheese filling onto each biscuit. Fold edges around the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place filled biscuit bombs on a lined baking sheet, evenly spaced.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For an upgraded flavor, add sautéed onions or chopped jalapeños to the beef mixture. They can also be made ahead and frozen before baking.
