  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: Regular

Description

Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs are gooey, flavorful morsels filled with seasoned ground beef and a blend of cheeses, wrapped in buttery biscuit dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Drain excess grease and return the beef to heat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper; cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let the beef mixture cool slightly.
  5. Combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and grated Parmesan in a mixing bowl.
  6. Fold in the cooled beef mixture until well combined.
  7. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small disc.
  8. Spoon some of the beef and cheese filling onto each biscuit. Fold edges around the filling and pinch to seal.
  9. Place filled biscuit bombs on a lined baking sheet, evenly spaced.
  10. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  11. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For an upgraded flavor, add sautéed onions or chopped jalapeños to the beef mixture. They can also be made ahead and frozen before baking.
