- ½ block cream cheese (4 oz)
- ½ cup sour cream

- More chopped basil leaves for garnish
- Red pepper flakes, optional
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Bruschetta Topping: Dice the Roma tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Add the chopped basil, minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Mix gently and let the combination marinate for at least 15 minutes to bring out the flavors.
