Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting the onions into quarters, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Dip each onion into the flour mixture, followed by the beaten eggs mixed with milk, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Carefully fry the onions until they are golden brown on all sides.
  6. Once fried, drain excess oil and serve hot, ideally with a zesty dipping sauce.
