Instructions
- Begin by cutting the onions into quarters, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Dip each onion into the flour mixture, followed by the beaten eggs mixed with milk, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully fry the onions until they are golden brown on all sides.
- Once fried, drain excess oil and serve hot, ideally with a zesty dipping sauce.
