- Cornmeal

- 1 egg (beaten)
- Breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Slice your pickles into chips.
- Set up your breading station: use three bowls—one for flour, one for the beaten egg, and one for a mixture of cornmeal, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each pickle slice into the flour, then into the egg, and finally coat them in the cornmeal mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the breaded pickles in a single layer in the basket and lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping the pickles halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Notes
