- 680 g white baking chips
- 396 g sweetened condensed milk
- 2.5 tablespoons heavy cream (for the fudge base)
- 25 individually wrapped caramels (unwrapped)
- 1.5 tablespoons heavy cream (for the caramel swirl)
Instructions
- Line a 20 x 20 cm baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white baking chips, sweetened condensed milk, and 2.5 tablespoons of heavy cream. Heat in 30-second bursts until melted and smooth.
- In another bowl, melt the unwrapped caramels with 1.5 tablespoons of heavy cream in 30-second intervals until uniform.
- Fold three-quarters of the melted caramel into the white chocolate mixture.
- Transfer the fudge mixture to the prepared dish, dollop the remaining caramel on top, and swirl with a knife.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm, then cut into 25 pieces.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.
