Ingredients

- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the broccoli, mushrooms, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the veggies, stirring to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve.
