- ¾ cup water
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy alternative)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- ½ teaspoon cardamom

- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- Brown sugar or honey (to taste)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, black tea bags, and spices. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, remove the tea bags, and let the mixture steep for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium-low until warm.
- Froth the milk with a frother or whisk until foamy.
- Strain the tea mixture into a mug. Stir in the vanilla extract and sweetener, then pour the frothed milk on top.
Notes
