A comforting Vanilla Chai Latte, perfect for chilly mornings and cozy evenings, blending rich spices with creamy cashew milk.
Ingredients

- 1 bag chai tea
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 3/4 cup cashew milk (or any milk you prefer)
- 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Boil 1/2 cup of water. Place the chai tea bag in a mug and pour the hot water over it. Let it steep for about 5 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, warm the cashew milk and maple syrup over medium heat, stirring gently until it comes to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat.
- Alternatively, heat the milk mixture in the microwave for faster preparation.
- Once the tea has steeped, pour the warm milk mixture along with the vanilla extract into a blender.
- Blend on high for about 1 minute until the mixture is frothy and smooth.
- Pour the frothy latte into your mug and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top for a finishing touch.
Notes
For added complexity, steep tea with fresh ginger. Use a hand frother for froth without a blender. Experiment with different types of milk for unique taste.
