- 5 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 6 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 10 ounces Valentine-themed M&M’s
- 1/4 cup Valentine sprinkles
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, melt the salted butter over low to medium heat.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
- Add the mini marshmallows and continuously stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in the Rice Krispies until only partially mixed.
- Carefully fold in the Valentine M&M’s.
- Spread the mixture evenly into your prepared baking pan.
- While warm, sprinkle Valentine sprinkles on top.
- Let set for about an hour before cutting them into heart shapes.
