Description

Delicious Oreo pops coated in chocolate and topped with festive sprinkles, perfect for Valentine’s Day celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 1 cup milk or dark chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 12 lollipop sticks
  • Valentine’s Day sprinkles
  • Red or pink candy melts

Instructions

  1. Carefully twist each Oreo apart, ensuring the cream stays on one side.
  2. Place a lollipop stick in the cream side of each Oreo. If needed, add a little melted chocolate to help secure the stick.
  3. Gently press the other half of the cookie back on top.
  4. Place your Oreo pops in the freezer for about 5 minutes to make them easier to dip.
  5. Melt your white and milk/dark chocolate according to the package directions.
  6. Dip each Oreo pop into the melted chocolate, coating completely. Let excess chocolate drip off.
  7. Immediately transfer your dipped pops to a parchment-lined tray. Top with festive sprinkles or drizzle with melted red or pink candy melts.
  8. Allow the pops to set completely at room temperature or refrigerate them for faster hardening.
  9. Serve your creations wrapped in cellophane as gifts or arrange them beautifully on a platter.

Notes

For the best results, melt your chocolate using a double boiler to prevent overheating.
