Delicious cookies made with Oreo and Valentine’s-themed M&M’s, perfect for sharing love this Valentine’s Day.

- 1/2 cup butter (slightly softened)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup Valentine’s Day M&M’s
- 7 regular Oreo cookies (roughly chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat mat.
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and egg until well incorporated.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients: flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Gently fold in the Valentine’s M&M’s and the chopped Oreos.
- Use a large cookie scooper (about 1/4 cup) to scoop out approximately 10 equal portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 13 minutes, keeping them slightly underdone in the middle for a chewy texture.
- If desired, reshape cookies into rounds immediately after pulling them out of the oven.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. For longer freshness, freeze them well-wrapped.
