Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or dill) for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix everything gently until well combined.
  2. Add the chopped celery, red onion, and bell pepper to the mix. Carefully fold these in, being cautious not to break up the crab meat too much.
  3. Season your salad with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
