Tortellini Party Snacks

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

Cheesy tortellini bites that are crispy and perfect for parties or family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
  • Marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or pesto for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the tortellini in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions, usually for about 3-5 minutes. Drain and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the drained tortellini to the bowl and gently toss until well coated in the seasoning mix.
  4. For baking, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread the seasoned tortellini on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy.
  5. For air frying, arrange the tortellini in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Transfer the crispy tortellini to a serving platter. Optionally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve with marinara, ranch dressing, or pesto for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 5-7 minutes to regain crispiness.
