Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub olive oil over the chicken breasts, seasoning them generously with salt and pepper.

  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  6. Stir in the sour cream until well combined, allowing the sauce to bubble for about 5 minutes.
  7. Top each chicken breast with shredded Jack cheese, then transfer the skillet to the oven.
  8. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of paprika before serving.
