  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for topping
  • Paprika for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer.
  6. Stir in the sour cream and let simmer for around 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, top with Jack cheese, and bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of paprika before serving.
