Description

Delightful bite-sized cheeseburgers made with crispy tater tots, juicy ground beef, and melted cheddar cheese—perfect for parties and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Frozen tater tots
  • Ground beef (80/20 recommended)
  • Cheddar cheese, sliced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Ketchup, for serving
  • Mustard, for serving
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Mini buns (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the tater tot package instructions.
  2. Spread the tater tots on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy.
  3. In a pan, cook the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, form small patties, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Once the tater tots are done, stack a beef patty on top of each one and place a slice of cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Return the assembled bites to the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
  6. Enjoy your bites with ketchup, mustard, and pickles on the side. Optionally, place them in mini buns for an extra treat!

Notes
