Instructions

- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the diced apples.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Using a spoon, drop the batter into the air fryer basket, making sure the fritters are spaced apart.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even browning.
- Serve warm, dusting with powdered sugar for that extra touch.
