- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts directly into the crockpot.
- In a medium bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, chicken broth, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fork-tender.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and stir it around in the sauce to coat.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
