- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

- 2 cups beef broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Drain any excess fat from the beef.
- Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet, sautéing until softened.
- Stir in the rice, black beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and taco seasoning.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
