Delightful Strawberry Kiss Cookies combining Funfetti cookie mix and the sweet-tart flavor of strawberries, perfect for Valentine’s Day.

- 1 (16 oz) bag of Funfetti sugar cookie mix
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup pink or white sanding sugar or non-pareils
- 18 Hershey’s Strawberry Ice Cream Cone Kisses
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cookie mix, softened cream cheese, and egg until a soft dough forms. Chill in the fridge for 30–60 minutes if too sticky.
- Place sanding sugar or non-pareils in a shallow bowl.
- Scoop dough using a 1½ tablespoon scoop, roll into balls, and coat in sugar.
- Arrange the cookie balls on the baking sheet, spacing about 1½ inches apart.
- Bake for 8–12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Let cool for 3–5 minutes before pressing a Hershey’s Kiss into each cookie center.
- Allow cookies to cool completely or enjoy warm.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. They freeze well too!
