Description

Delicious and nutritious yogurt bites made with Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (low-fat or full-fat)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (or other berries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: protein powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. If using, add protein powder and stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Dip each strawberry slice into the yogurt mixture and place on the lined sheet.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  6. Enjoy straight from the freezer!

Notes
