Delicious and nutritious yogurt bites made with Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt (low-fat or full-fat)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (or other berries)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: protein powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- If using, add protein powder and stir until fully incorporated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dip each strawberry slice into the yogurt mixture and place on the lined sheet.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Enjoy straight from the freezer!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Separate layers with parchment paper to avoid sticking.
