Description

A delightful dessert combining creamy banana pudding with fresh strawberries and a crunchy topping, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 2 cups cold milk

  3. Start with a layer of sliced bananas at the bottom of your serving dish, then pour in half of the pudding mixture.
  4. Add a layer of sliced strawberries and a sprinkle of crushed cookies, then repeat the banana pudding and strawberries layers.
  5. Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping generously over the top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours to set before serving.

Notes

For an optional dairy-free version, use almond milk or oat milk. For a gluten-free version, swap vanilla wafers for gluten-free cookies.
