- 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or golden Oreos
- 1/2 cup strawberry crunch topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until well combined. Let it sit for about five minutes to thicken.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until smooth.
- Start with a layer of sliced bananas at the bottom of your serving dish, then pour in half of the pudding mixture.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries and a sprinkle of crushed cookies, then repeat the banana pudding and strawberries layers.
- Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping generously over the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours to set before serving.
Notes
For an optional dairy-free version, use almond milk or oat milk. For a gluten-free version, swap vanilla wafers for gluten-free cookies.
