- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
- Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of your greased baking dish.
- Over the strawberries, pour the cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, combine the yellow cake mix with melted butter and milk until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Try adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream on top for extra indulgence.
