- 1/2 cup homemade strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the cream cheese, egg, and vanilla extract. Beat until everything is smoothly combined.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mix, stirring until just combined.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Create a small indent in each cookie dough ball and fill generously with strawberry jam.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
