Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (pureed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your donut mold pan to ensure easy release.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and strawberry puree. Whisk until blended.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined—be careful not to overmix!
- Carefully fill each donut mold about two-thirds full, allowing space for rising.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the donuts are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Optional: Drizzle with icing made from powdered sugar and strawberry puree, or dust with powdered sugar.
