  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and ginger. Stir until well blended.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until browned and fully cooked through.
  3. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken, and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
  4. Serve the sticky chicken over the cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
