- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Black olives (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into skull shapes using a cookie cutter or a knife.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potato skulls in the oil mixture until they are well coated.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before decorating with black olives for eyes.
- Serve at your Halloween party and enjoy!
