Description

Crispy and tasty skull-shaped potatoes garnished with black olives for Halloween fun.


Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Black olives (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into skull shapes using a cookie cutter or a knife.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the potato skulls in the oil mixture until they are well coated.
  5. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Let them cool slightly before decorating with black olives for eyes.
  8. Serve at your Halloween party and enjoy!
