Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichokes, softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or lightly grease it with olive oil.
  4. Gently press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, ensuring the sides hang over.
  5. Fill each wonton cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, sauté spinach and garlic in olive oil before mixing. You can also experiment with different cheeses or add cooked chicken for extra protein.
