- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 1/2 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

- 1 cup steamed white rice
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and chop all vegetables. Mince the garlic.
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the ground beef and break it into small pieces. Cook until browned.
- Flavor It Up: Stir in soy sauce, chili flakes, and brown sugar. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
- Sauté Veggies: In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Broccoli Mix: Toss in broccoli, zucchini, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp. Drizzle with additional soy sauce and toss.
- Assemble the Bowl: Serve hot steamed rice in bowls and arrange the beef and veggies on top. Spoon any extra sauce over the dish for enhanced flavor.
