- 1 can (14.5 oz) green beans, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup fried onions (divided)
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, half of the fried onions, soy sauce, and salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the remaining fried onions on top.
- Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the onions are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For richer flavor, sauté fresh garlic and onion before mixing. You can also sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top for added creaminess.
