Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup fried onions (divided)
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, half of the fried onions, soy sauce, and salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the remaining fried onions on top.
  6. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the onions are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For richer flavor, sauté fresh garlic and onion before mixing. You can also sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top for added creaminess.
