Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the flour, milk, melted butter, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. Layer the peach mixture evenly over the top of the batter.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
