Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed fruit with sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Pour this mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually stir in the milk and melted butter until just combined.
- Carefully pour the batter over the fruit mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
