Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, melt the butter and pour it into a baking dish.
  3. Slice the ripe bananas and layer them over the melted butter.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and milk until combined.
  5. Pour the batter over the bananas in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow the cobbler to cool slightly before serving warm.
